General Information
The listed prices are per person and day incl. Rose Light Pension (HP) with a stay of at least 7 days. Rose luxury pension is available with an additional charge of € 14,- per day.
Short-Stay Surcharge:
4 - 6 nights € 6,- per person and day
1 - 3 nights € 10,- per person and day.
Children's Discount
Our children's discount is included with 2 full-paying customers staying in the parents' room, and is applied for the daily price as well as for the vacation packages. The children's discount for children born between 2011 - 1996: -15%.
Arrival / Departure
Your room is available to you upon the day of your arrival as of 2:00 pm. On the departure day we ask that guests make their room available by 11:00 am.
Booking Conditions
With a free of charge payment transfer (only available with IBAN/BIC) or with cash payment before the beginning of the vacation, we'll give you a 2% sconto.
Contract Conditions
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply for the accommodation contract.

Summer € 25,- per person
Winter € 50,- per person
Cancellation Policies
Up to 3 months prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
Up to 1 month: The advance payment can be used for a new booking within one calendar year.
Up to 1 week: 70 % of the agreed upon price
1 week prior to arrival and early departures: 90 % of the agreed upon price
The deposit acts as the cancellation fee if guests do not show up. In the event of a cancellation, should you wish to stay with us later in this or the following season, your deposit will instead be regarded as your deposit for your next vacation with us and not as a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee as well as a twice-payed deposit are therefore avoided.
Travel Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
